  • When will my in-stock order ship?
    All in-stock orders will ship 24-48 hours after they are placed.
  • How to track my Pre-Order?
    All pre-orders will have a timeframe in which we expect them to be shipped, we will post updates on any changes to these timeframes as often as possible. If you have a question about your preorder please email us OuterBanksSmockingCo@gmail.com.
  • Are my items returnable?
    Due to the custom nature of our products all sales are final and non-refundable. If an error occurs due to an error on our, or our manufactures part, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your shipment.

Please note that Outer Banks Smocking Co. is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once they are mailed by USPS or UPS. If you encounter any sizing issues or defects upon receiving your items, please contact us at outerbankssmocking@gmail.com within 5 business days. We will do our to assist you with any concerns you may have.

Please double check your quantities and sizes before completing your order. Outer Banks Smocking Co., customers can exchange items but no returns are accepted. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs for exchanges. Once the company receives the items for exchange, a store credit will be issued Please note that tags must be attached and the clothing be in its original packaging. Worn or washed clothing will not be accepted for exchange.

Outer Banks Smocking Co. will provide a shipping label only for defective and wrong size clothing.
